Front-loader door seal failures are one of the more common calls we get. The boot seal degrades, water leaks at the front, and mold builds up inside the gasket.
On top-loaders, lid switch failures stop the spin cycle even when the lid is fully closed. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending a repair.

Repair or Replace Your Washing Machine?
If the repair costs less than half of what a comparable machine costs new and the washer is under ten years old, fixing it is usually the right call. A lid switch or drive belt replacement on a six-year-old machine almost always makes financial sense. A drum bearing failure on a twelve-year-old front-loader is a closer call, and we’ll tell you which situation you’re in after we assess it.
If replacement makes more sense, we’ll say so.
