Our Story

Go Appliance Technician has been repairing appliances in Arlington and Northern Virginia since 2008. That’s 16 years of showing up at people’s homes, diagnosing what’s actually wrong, and fixing it honestly, without upselling parts that don’t need replacing or booking a second visit to run up the bill.

We’re family-owned. When we arrive, it’s with the right parts for the job, and most repairs are done on the first visit.

In 2022, GoAT was voted a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite, community recognition from Arlington residents, not a paid badge. That’s the track record we’re most proud of.

We charge a $99 diagnostic fee. We tell you what is wrong, what the repair costs, and whether the repair makes sense given the appliance’s age and condition. If it’s not worth fixing, we’ll say so.
